- ➤ Medina’s Friends of the Cemetery is hosting its fourth annual photo contest through Oct. 25 & amateur photographers may enter original photos from Old Town Graveyard or Spring Grove Cemetery, with winners in three age groups receiving $50 gift cards, their photos displayed at the Medina Library and on the Friends website, and notifications sent by Nov. 1. Step Up to Prevent Suicide Community Awareness Walk
Registration is open for our annual “Step Up to Prevent Suicide” Awareness Walk, happening on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Medina Public Square. This free afternoon community walk coordinated by the Medina County Coalition for Suicide Prevention brings together individuals, families, and organizations across the county to raise awareness, honor those we’ve lost, and support those who are struggling.
