- ➤ Today, dozens of hot air balloons will take to the skies over Medina County during Balloons over Wadsworth at the Wadsworth Municipal Airport—gates open at 2 p.m. with launches near 6:30 p.m. and a night glow at 8:30 p.m. Officials say the event will raise funds for Inspire Aviation's programs teaching aviation and STEM skills and is expected to draw thousands, echoing nearly 10,000 attendees in 2024.
