Medina approved a plan to split the estimated $491,000 cost for South Elmwood parking lot improvements with the Legacy Hotel group; the hotel set to open this fall will share the lot with public parking and use during events.
The project will be voted on once bid packages are available.
🏛️ Government
Medina's city engineer Patrick Patton announced plans to improve three blocks of North Huntington Street by widening sidewalks to 7 feet on the west and 4 feet on the east (property easements will be needed), and Council President John Coyne backed the proposal to address pedestrian safety.
