A display of wedding gowns and customs is on view at the McDowell-Phillips House Museum today—featuring dresses donated by local brides that date from 1810 through recent family heirlooms.
The exhibit also offers a booklet by artist Cindy Allman that explains the historical wedding traditions of the county.
🎓 Education
Medina Superintendent Aaron Sable said the Senate’s version of Ohio’s state budget helps Medina City Schools now by raising the cap on carryover funds and providing more money to high-performing districts.
He noted the district still needs a higher cap for long-term planning and urged community members to contact legislators before the budget vote on June 30+.
