On Saturday morning, more than 150 runners and walkers took part in the 10th Annual Sophia's Smile 5K and one-mile walk at Buckeye Woods Park in Medina — an event that honors children who passed away too soon, including two-year-old Sophia Miller.
Her family founded a nonprofit that helps grieving families secure lasting tributes.
🎭 Culture
Sharon Community Park hosted the Strawberry Arts Festival on June 14, where artists, vendors and performers entertained a crowd with music, dance and strawberry treats.
Jane Back from Access the Arts (the sponsor) said the event, now in its sixth year, featured group Just a Number Dance Crew (dancers aged 55 and older) and Art in Motion.
