- ➤ Medina High School athletic director Todd Hodkey was named Athletic Director of the Year by the Northeast Ohio Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association at a May 19 board meeting. Principal Elisa Tedona praised his dedication to building a strong athletic program that supports both sports and academics. Cleveland.com
- ➤ Superintendent Aaron Sable proposed that the Medina school board hold quarterly work sessions so board members can discuss district topics (the public sessions are set to offer informal, focused conversation beyond formal meetings) and plans to start them this summer pending board feedback.
