- ➤ Today, Medina’s newest Meijer supermarket held a sneak peek event where five local organizations (The Children’s Center, Feeding Medina, Cups Café, Habitat for Humanity, and the Fire Department’s After the Fire program) each received a $5,000 donation before the grand opening. The store at 1105 N. Court Street, built in the former Kmart building, opens at 6 a.m. with a ribbon cutting at 9 a.m. and will hire 330 employees. Cleveland.com
