On April 24, third-graders from Medina elementary schools were bused to Williams on the Lake to attend the Arbor Day luncheon where they presented winning posters and learned about our city’s tree planting tradition.
The event was hosted by the Medina Noon Kiwanis Club — which has provided tree seedlings for 44 years — honoring a legacy started by Harold Thoburn.
