- ➤ Medina High School seniors will host a free event on April 30 at the school gym (4:30 to 6 p.m.) to connect families with local athletic programs and sports equipment donation opportunities. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Medina High School will launch six youth sports camps for K-8 students starting June 1 at sites such as the Community Recreation Center — built to boost athletic skills and teamwork. The programs run until early August and feature varsity coaches alongside high school athletes. Cleveland.com
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Officials at Brickyard Park have banned fishing in all ponds due to untested water contaminants - a vehicle was even removed from one pond. Remediation continues with targeted cleanup and new trails underway, and full work is set to finish by November. Cleveland.com
