- ➤ A Burton man aged 55 named Arthur Velasquez was arraigned via video on April 7 with a $5 million bond after he allegedly stabbed his ex-girlfriend during her shift at a Brunswick Dollar General on Center Road at 8:30 a.m. on March 31—he faces charges of attempted murder, two counts of aggravated burglary and kidnapping, a pre-trial hearing will be held on June 12 at 9 a.m. and a jury trial will begin on June 16 at 1 p.m. WKYC
