- ➤ The Children’s Center of Medina County will host a pinwheel walk on April 13 in Medina’s square from 1 to 3 p.m. The event will feature 495 pinwheels—each representing a case of child abuse or neglect investigated by Medina County Job and Family Services in 2024—plus family activities and a speech by a child abuse survivor before ending at Medina Library where the pinwheels will be planted. - ➤ Main Street Medina will host its 12th annual Beer Fest at the Medina County Fairgrounds Community Center on May 10 with general admission from 6 to 9:30 p.m. The event will offer more than 70 brews from over 30 local breweries, wine tastings from five wineries, a cigar lounge and a Medina Pedal Bike ride—proceeds will support streetscape improvements and community projects.
