Following severe storms that brought heavy rain and winds, Chippewa Lake is closed and will remain so until conditions improve — the park district said it will notify the public when it is safe to return.
Residents are advised to avoid the area.
🏛️ Government
County officials provided support for a grant that lets Main Street Medina buy a 2023 trolley — designed to ease parking and help people move around during large downtown events.
The county would own, insure and store the trolley while offering lower fuel costs to the nonprofit.
