- ➤ Chef Tony Stanislo of the Medina County Career Center hosted his 25th From the Heart Scholarship Dinner at the Center Café, where 380 guests were served and $320,000 raised + Mayor Jim Shields honored him during the March 9 council meeting, praising his work to make Medina proud. Cleveland.com
- ➤ Medina County students earned degrees and athletic honors at local universities, including a Baldwin Wallace wrestler who qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships March 13-14, and Ohio Wesleyan will stage Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet March 26 and Into the Woods April 10-18 at its Chappelear Drama Center.
