Medina is seeking proposals for a new tenant for the yellow building at 406 South Broadway Street after Spokes Café's lease expires on May 27 + the city hopes the new operation will offer a community benefit.
The Medina City School District Board postponed Monday’s meeting and will instead meet tomorrow at 6 p.m. at the Garfield Building (234 S.
Broadway St) to decide next steps after the operating levy failure.
On Feb. 23, Medina’s finance committee approved a $40,000 annual contribution to Main Street Medina for 2026 (after a presentation by executive director George Sam) to boost local improvements and events that drew 71,500 visitors in 2025.
