EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Auburn Career Center and Lake Erie College will launch a College Credit Plus program that gives high school students a chance to earn transferable college credits while receiving career training. The program starts in the 2026–27 school year at the renovated Auburn Workforce and Innovation Center. Cleveland.com
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Medina finance committee voted against rezoning West Liberty Street parcels, choosing a text amendment to maintain C1 zoning that allows Keller Market’s planned expansion with a café and retail market. The amendment will be reviewed by the planning commission on Feb. 12. Cleveland.com
