Santa and his reindeer are making a special stop in Hudson!
Celebrate the tenth year of the Hudson North Pole Mailbox with an afternoon of holiday cheer, festive activities, and a few special guests from the North Pole.
Meet Santa and Mrs. Claus, see live reindeer, enjoy a hot cocoa and cookie bar, and make holiday crafts. The celebration will also feature Hudson Mayor Jeff Anzevino with a special reading of The Magic Mailbox of Hudson , a newly released book inspired by this beloved local tradition by author and liaison to Santa, Diane Demuynck. Families can join in the fun with a scavenger hunt around the square to find Pip, the tiniest of Santa’s elves.
Make this moment a meaningful one, visit Peg’s Gallery’s current art show ‘Higher Ground’ and pen and your annual letters to Santa. Whether you’re continuing a family tradition or making a new one, join us for an afternoon celebrating the wonder of Christmas and the community spirit that makes Hudson special.
Tip from the North Pole: Bring a self-addressed stamped envelope for the letter writing station.
This event is free, open to the public, and is not weather dependent. Dress for an afternoon outdoor stroll. Free parking is available on city streets and lots throughout the walkable downtown neighborhood of Hudson, Ohio.
Special thanks to the community sponsors who help make the magic happen:
• The Magic Mailbox, Located on the Historic Green: The City of Hudson
• Hot Cocoa Bar: Bo Vincent Family Insurance
• Cookies: Nona’s
