The Mathematics Department welcomes Eyvindur Palsson of Virginia Tech as our Fall 2026 Distinguished Visitor. Eyvindur will give a public talk on The Falconer distance problem.

A reception will be held in the Love Lounge (Second floor Craig lounge) at 4 p.m. Desserts and refreshments will be provided.
